Human Resource Development Enterprises (HRDE) has facilitated adult learning, continuing professional education, higher education, and workplace learning since 1989. Our consulting teams specialize in the development of systems that encourage, support, and certify both formally and informally acquired learning.
In addition to systems development and implementation services, we provide instrumentation and statistical services to assess learner autonomy at the individual and group levels. We also provide facilitation plans designed to respond directly to assessment results and increase capacity for autonomous learning in individuals. HRDE also conducts workshops leading to credentials as Certified Learner Autonomy Coach (CLAC) and Master Learner Autonomy Coach (MLAC).
